Job summary

DWF Law LLP in Scotland is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Motor Claims team, handling a varied caseload of Motor Personal Injury and Fraud claims from inception to resolution. You will draft pleadings, statements, provide strategic advice, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation while collaborating

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years PQE in Motor, Fraud, RTA or Personal Injury.
Scottish qualified legal professional is essential.
Experience in motor insurance law and litigation processes.

Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of Motor Personal Injury and Fraud claims, from inception to resolution.
Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients and ensure favourable outcomes.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and negotiations.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation and trends.
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated legal solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
