Job summary

WePlay, an award-winning sports marketing agency, seeks a Junior Motion Designer on a 6-month fixed-term contract in London. Reporting to the Design Director, you will deliver compelling motion work across brand films, campaigns and social content.

You will build narratives from edit to final execution, translate briefs into engaging concepts, and experiment with styles to push creative solutions while incorporating feedback throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of agency experience supporting motion graphics projects.
• Experience in editing and production.
• Proven experience producing impactful video designs with transitions and dynamic typography.
• Experience creating content for online, social, and larger video pieces with platform knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build narratives from the edit through a visually engaging end product.
• Interpret project briefs and take ownership from initial concept to final execution.
• Turn concepts and brand systems into engaging motion-led experiences.
• Create, develop and communicate original motion design directions.
• Use animation, editing and visual storytelling to elevate ideas.
• Produce polished moving-image content across brand films, campaigns and social.
• Experiment with different styles and formats to find the strongest creative solution.
• Take feedback and evolve work efficiently throughout the process.
