Job summary

Media.Work in London is seeking a Motion Designer to join a dynamic creative team. You will design and produce animated content for digital campaigns, social media, and branding, translating briefs into engaging visuals.

The role emphasizes storytelling, timing, and collaborative problem-solving across departments. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in 3D graphics and motion design, familiarity with Houdini and Redshift, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.

• More than 3 years of experience in working on 3D graphics and motion design projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce animated visual content for digital campaigns, social media, advertising, branded content, presentations, websites and other multimedia applications, working from creative briefs and established visual concepts.
• Develop storyboards, animatics and motion concepts that translate creative ideas into clear sequences, establishing composition, timing, transitions, movement, typography and visual storytelling before production.
• Create and animate graphic assets and visual elements, including typography, illustrations, logos, icons, diagrams, transitions and other digital artwork, while maintaining consistency with the relevant brand and art direction.
• Use professional motion graphics, animation, compositing and editing techniques to produce finished multimedia assets, incorporating video, imagery, sound and other digital elements where required.
• Work collaboratively with Art Directors, designers, editors and other creative specialists to interpret briefs, develop visual solutions, resolve production issues and deliver motion content that meets the required creative and technical standards.
• Review, refine and prepare final motion outputs for delivery, responding to creative feedback and adapting animations for different platforms, aspect ratios, resolutions, formats and technical specifications.
