An exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join a well-established, family-run independent garage in North Leeds. The role offers a varied workload and a friendly team environment. Salary up to £39,000, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid MOT Tester licence – Essential.
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards.
• Completing servicing and routine maintenance.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carrying out clutch, cambelt, brake and suspension repairs.
• Completing vehicle inspections and identifying additional work.
• Using diagnostic equipment to investigate faults.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
