HRGO Recruitment is seeking a qualified MOT Tester / Technician to join a busy automotive service centre in Doncaster. You will carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards, fit products to customer vehicles, and support the day-to-day running of the centre.

A valid MOT Tester certificate is essential. The role offers a competitive salary (£33,000-£38,000), full-time hours with flexible shifts, Sundays paid, and company benefits including pension, life assurance, and IMI-accredited training.

Qualifications

• MOT Tester certificate with DVSA MOT testing experience.
• Experience carrying out MOT tests to DVSA standards.
• Strong vehicle knowledge and practical ability.

• Reliable and flexible approach to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards and recording results on the DVSA system.
• Fitting products to customer vehicles and completing additional services.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised testing centre and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.
• Supporting sales of company products and services in line with established procedures.
• Following company policies, procedures and instructions from management.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and ensuring your uniform is clean and presentable.
• Working the agreed shift pattern and supporting the day-to-day running of the centre.
