Job summary

Listers Volvo Worcester is seeking a certificated MOT Tester to join our team, assisting with MOT tests and workshop support. The role is full-time and permanent, with hours 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota basis, offering an excellent basic salary with OTE up to £35,000 plus benefits.

You will hold a valid DVSA MOT licence (class 4 and 7) with up-to-date training, plus a full driving licence, and be committed to high standards, customer satisfaction, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid class 4 and 7 MOT testing licence with DVSA and an up-to-date annual training record.

Responsibilities

• MOT Testing and related workshop tasks, using CitNOW for video reporting.
• Complete paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
• Collaborate with workshop team to maintain high quality and efficiency.
• Work within the DVSA framework and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety and quality procedures.
