Job summary

Listers Volvo Leamington Spa is seeking a certificated MOT Tester to join the workshop team. You will be responsible for MOT tests and related support, with training on systems such as CitNOW. A valid MOT licence under DVSA and a full driving licence are essential, with brand training provided.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with OTE up to £35,000 plus benefits, and a well-equipped environment with opportunities for progression within a growing team.

Qualifications

MUST have a valid Class 4 MOT testing licence with DVSA and an up-to-date training record.
Experience as a Motor Vehicle Technician is beneficial but not essential as brand training is provided.
Ability to meet Health and Safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

MOT Testing
Operate additional systems such as CitNOW after training
Complete paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards
Collaborate with workshop team to share knowledge
Work within DVSA framework
Maintain customer satisfaction and its impact on the business
Ensure work is completed to high standards within timescales and procedures
