Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Worcester is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester to join our technical team. You will conduct official MOT tests to DVSA standards and perform routine servicing, preventative maintenance, and essential mechanical repairs across a diverse client base.

The role requires an active MOT tester licence, a full UK driving licence, and hands-on experience with all-makes servicing. A supportive, hands-on workshop environment offers steady workload and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Active DVSA MOT Tester Licence (Mandatory).
• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served background).
• Strong practical experience across all-makes servicing, core mechanical repair, and accurate safety testing.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct official MOT tests in full compliance with DVSA standards.
• Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Carry out core mechanical repairs across a varied vehicle mix.
• Ensure safety checks and diagnostics are accurate and timely.
