Job summary

The Solution Automotive Limited in North West London is recruiting an experienced MOT Tester to join a busy workshop at a franchised dealership. You will conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations, report defects accurately, and complete all documentation to required standards.

Candidates should hold a full UK driving licence and a valid DVSA MOT Tester licence, have prior MOT testing experience, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable automotive business for an experienced MOT Tester to join their busy workshop. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional team that values quality workmanship, customer service, and employee development.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:30am - 5.00pm (1 in 4 rota)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations.
• Accurately identify and report vehicle defects.
• Complete all MOT documentation to the required standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the company's high standards.

To be considered for this role

• A full, valid UK driving licence.
• A valid DVSA MOT Tester licence.
• Previous experience working as an MOT Tester.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
