Job summary

Holt Recruitment Group is seeking a qualified MOT Tester to join a busy workshop in Birmingham. You will carry out MOT inspections, ensuring vehicles are safe and compliant, while delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service.

The role is full-time and permanent with a basic salary of £33,000 - £35,000 plus bonus. Ongoing training and career progression opportunities are available within a friendly workshop.

Qualifications

• Valid MOT Tester Licence.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience as an MOT tester.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests in accordance with DVSA guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and emissions compliance.
• Identify and report any faults or defects.

About the Role
