Autotech-Recruit-Limited is supporting a leading automotive service and repair business in Abingdon to recruit an experienced MOT Tester for their busy workshop. The role centers on conducting MOT inspections and ensuring DVSA safety standards, while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will work within a professional team to identify defects, advise customers on repairs, maintain testing records, and uphold health and safety in a busy workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Valid MOT Testing Licence is required.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience as an MOT Tester.
• Excellent attention to detail and vehicle safety.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Positive, flexible and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations and standards.
• Identify and report defects, advisories and failures accurately.
