Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is seeking an experienced MOT Tester to join their reputable automotive service centre in Crawley.

You will carry out MOT testing, inspections, and provide professional maintenance recommendations to ensure safety and compliance, while contributing to a professional workshop environment. The role offers a salary between £35,000 and £38,000 per year with flexible hours Monday to Friday and one in two Saturdays, plus opportunities for bonus pay, overtime, and call-out

Qualifications

• Fully qualified MOT Tester with current accreditation and proven experience in a busy workshop
• Strong attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of vehicle safety standards
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Flexible to work on scheduled Saturdays and adapt to workload demands
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Experience working with a wide range of vehicle makes and models is advantageous
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure all MOTs are completed accurately and efficiently within designated deadlines
