Job summary

Protyre Autocare in the UK is seeking a customer-focused MOT Technician to join our team. You will carry out MOTs and provide general servicing and repairs, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

A Full UK Driving Licence and valid MOT licence are essential, and the role offers funded IMI courses, career development, staff discounts on tyres, MOTs and servicing, life insurance, pension and a range of wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

Valid MOT Licence.
Experience in mechanical and fast fit repairs including tyres, brakes, exhausts and suspension.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the work completed on each vehicle is carried out safely and to a high standard.
Carry out MOT testing in accordance with DVSA testing requirements.
General servicing and repairs, including fitting brakes, exhausts, and other mechanical products.
Fast Fit Tyre fitting whilst being able to use an alignment machine and understand the reading and relevant adjustments.
Working in a safe manner and always comply with health & safety regulations.
Ensure a high standard of personal presentation including always wearing correct company uniform.
Conduct any reasonable request / tasks as deemed necessary by the management team.
