Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Bognor Regis is seeking an experienced MOT Technician to join a growing automotive business with a brand new MOT bay. You will test, diagnose, repair, and service vehicles to high standards, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

This role offers a competitive salary up to £40,000, with OTE up to £45,000, Monday to Friday hours from 08:30 to 17:30 and weekends off, plus a supportive team and clear opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MOT Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MOT test procedures and vehicle diagnostics.
• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (desirable).
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT testing in accordance with legal requirements and manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnose and identify vehicle issues efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct vehicle repairs, servicing, and maintenance following high standards.
• Complete all necessary documentation and work records precisely.
