Job summary

Moray Council seeks a Training & Learning professional to lead the design, development and delivery of training and eLearning for the Mosaic case management system. Qualifications

• Minimum two years in learning & development or organisational development.
• Experience designing, delivering, facilitating and evaluating training.
• Experience in a project or system implementation environment.
• Ability to translate technical systems into practical learning.
• Understanding of current L&D and public sector issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the overall training approach for system implementation.
• Identify training requirements with project teams, suppliers and system specialists.
• Design a structured Mosaic training programme including navigation and workflows.
• Design, coordinate and deliver training sessions (face-to-face, virtual and eLearning).
• Plan and coordinate training resources and effective use of trainers.
• Translate functionality into practical learning and evaluate training effectiveness.
