Qualifications
- Experience in mortuary environments or related healthcare science settings.
- Ability to guide and support learners through progress reviews and action planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support apprentices and employers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct planned apprentice review meetings with learners and employers.
- Monitor apprentice progress against milestones and learning plans.
- Support apprentices to stay on track for end-point assessment.
- Collaborate with employers, mentors and curriculum staff to identify support needs.
- Accurately record review outcomes using college systems.
- Encourage apprentice engagement and professional development.
- Ensure understanding of programme requirements and off-the-job training expectations.
- Identify progress barriers and work with teams to address them.
