Responsibilities

• Accurately processing customer mortgage applications through internal systems.
• Underwrite cases by checking mortgage calculations (affordability) and supporting documents.
• Highlight discrepancies or concerns with attention to detail.
• Work closely with mortgage brokers and keep them updated on the process.
• Keep up to date with product and policy changes and achieve quality standards.
