You will need CeMAP and solid knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and trust-building skills are essential, with experience using CRM systems like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualified with customer-facing sales or financial services experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, affordability assessments and lending criteria.
• Excellent communicator and listener with ability to explain financial information clearly.
• Awareness of financial services regulation, conduct risk, AML and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Respond to mortgage enquiries and guide customers through the process.
• Conduct fact-finds to understand needs and circumstances.
• Explain mortgage options and identify suitable solutions.
• Complete affordability assessments and Approval in Principle calculations.
• Support customers through the application process and submission.
