Job summary

Thomas & Dessain in Guernsey is seeking a CeMAP-qualified mortgage adviser to support new and existing customers across UK and Channel Islands lending. You will build strong relationships, explain suitable mortgage options and guide customers from enquiry to completion.

Working with Mortgage Sales, Onboarding and Credit teams, you will help deliver excellent outcomes while supporting a growing, profitable mortgage business.

Qualifications

• CeMAP-qualified professional with customer-facing sales, advice or financial services experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good understanding of mortgage products, affordability and lending criteria.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, understand individual circumstances, explain suitable mortgage options and guide customers through the application journey from enquiry through to completion.

Working closely with Mortgage Sales, Onboarding and Credit teams, you’ll play an important role in delivering excellent customer outcomes while contributing to a successful and profitable mortgage business.

We’re looking for a CeMAP-qualified professional with customer-facing sales, advice or financial services experience, strong communication skills and a good understanding of mortgage products, affordability and lending criteria.

Previous mortgage advice or sales experience, DipMAP and knowledge of the Guernsey, Jersey or UK property markets would be advantageous.
