Job summary

NRG Resourcing is partnering with a growing specialist property finance brokerage to recruit a Mortgage Sales Manager in Watford. You will lead a six-broker team, coaching for performance, efficiency and revenue growth, while ensuring high client standards.

You will drive conversion, manage KPIs and collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities, maintaining compliance and excellent customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mortgage brokerage, property finance or specialist lending.
• Experience managing, leading or mentoring a team of brokers.
• Strong understanding of residential mortgages, buy-to-let lending and the wider mortgage market.
• Track record of driving team performance and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of six mortgage brokers.
• Monitor individual and team performance against agreed sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver coaching, mentoring and training to maximise conversion rates and revenue generation.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and development plans.
• Support brokers with complex cases and escalations when required.
• Drive a positive, high-performance sales culture.
• Analyse pipeline activity, sales metrics and business performance.
• Work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, customer service and client outcomes.
