Job summary

Mywork is seeking a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our Essex team on a hybrid basis, with 2–3 days in the office.

You will advise first-time buyers, movers, remortgage clients and landlords, manage cases end-to-end, and build local referral relationships while staying compliant and up to date with market regulations.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent is required.
• Recent experience advising on residential mortgages.
• Experience within an introducer network or track record of building referral relationships.
• Experience with marketing, events and social media is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise first-time buyers, movers, remortgage clients and landlords on mortgages and protection.
• Own cases from initial conversation to completion, keeping clients updated.
• Collaborate with lenders, insurers, solicitors and estate agents to keep processes moving.
• Build local referral networks and grow your own pipeline.

What you'll do

• Advise first-time buyers, movers, remortgage clients and landlords on mortgages and protection
• Own your cases from first conversation to completion, keeping clients in the loop
• Work with lenders, insurers, solicitors and estate agents to keep things moving
• Build local referral relationships and help grow your own pipeline
• Keep your files compliant and your knowledge up to date

Requirements

• CeMAP or equivalent
• Recent experience advising on residential mortgages
• Confidence discussing protection with clients
• Strong communication skills and a well-organised approach
• Office based 2–3 days a week and work some weekends - on a rotation
• Experience within an appointed-representative or network environment
• Experience of working within an established introducer network or track record of building referral relationships
• Current / Previous experience with marketing, events and social media
