Job summary

AR Recruitment is helping a mortgage and protection firm hire for a protection role that blends advice with case support. You'll take warm introductions from mortgage advisers and guide protection cases through to completion, with commission on top of the basic salary.

The role offers £25,000-£30,000 basic, plus 7.5% on admin and 15% on advised cases, with hybrid or remote working depending on experience and a start in early November.

Qualifications

• Protection experience required.
• Ability to advise or willingness to develop.
• Organised and comfortable working with mortgage advisers.

Responsibilities

• Take warm protection introductions from mortgage advisers.
• Support protection cases through to completion.
• Work flexibly in hybrid or remote arrangements as allowed.
