• CeMAP Qualified (or an equivalent, FCA-recognized mortgage advice qualification) to provide regulated mortgage advice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on clear explanations and client care.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance.

Role Description

The Mortgage & Protection Adviser is a full-time, on-site role based in Bellshill. In this position, the adviser will provide tailored mortgage and protection advice, guiding clients through the full process from initial consultation to completion, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, delivering high levels of customer service, and supporting branch business development activities.
