Job summary

Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is recruiting a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our Glasgow office. You will chat with clients to understand their needs, advising on mortgage products and protection options, and guide them through the home-buying journey with confidence.

Based from our Cumbernauld office, you will maintain a proactive pipeline, stay informed on lender criteria, and contribute to a fast-growing brokerage with strong career prospects.

Qualifications

• CAS status.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a mortgage broker environment.
• Track record of high-performing mortgage and protection figures.
• Ability to manage own pipeline and deliver consistent results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Chatting with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
• Offering expert, honest advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
• Guiding people through the home-buying journey - and making it less scary!
• Staying on top of market changes and lender criteria.

What We’re Looking For

• CAS status.
• A proven track record in a mortgage broker environment, with a minimum of 2years' experience.
• Track record of high-performing banking figures across mortgage and protection business, with evidence to support this.
• The ability to manage their own pipeline, work autonomously, and consistently deliver results month after month.
• Driven & motivated mindset
• Be based from our Cumbernauld office
