Lennar is seeking a Mortgage Product Manager within Lennar Financial Services to lead mortgage product strategy from contract to close. You will translate market and regulatory insights into actionable product roadmaps, collaborating with underwriting, operations, and legal teams to ensure compliant, competitive solutions for Lennar buyers.

You will own product guidelines, monitor performance, and drive improvements based on data on pull-through and investor guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field required.
• 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in mortgage product management or related field.
• Deep knowledge of residential mortgage products and investor guidelines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with ownership and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in mortgage origination systems, pricing engines, and productivity tools.

Responsabilités

• Define, own, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned mortgage products.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of mortgage market trends, investor guidelines and regulatory developments.
• Translate complex mortgage requirements into clear product specifications and procedures.
• Serve as the primary product expert, partnering with Sales, Operations, Secondary Markets, and Legal/Compliance.
• Lead development and maintenance of product guidelines, matrices, and procedural documentation.
• Evaluate policies to develop internal procedures and product parameters for loan eligibility and pricing.
• Collaborate with technology to define business requirements for system configurations and testing.
• Monitor product performance metrics and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
