Job summary

EA Change Ltd in the Midlands is seeking a technical lending-pricing specialist who understands credit-risk expansion and risk-adjusted returns. You will shape product and pricing strategy for a modern Mortgages client, with a focus on forward flow pricing management and market opportunities.

The role requires close collaboration with Credit Risk, Finance and Treasury, plus presenting recommendations to the Product and Pricing Committee.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services product and pricing management, ideally commercial lending.
• Experience in Capital Markets: securitisation, covered bonds, external investors.
• Pricing model ownership in Lending/Commercial/BTL.
• Collaborative work with Credit Risk, Finance, Treasury, Distribution and funders.
• Strong presentation skills for Product and Pricing Committee.
