The role blends Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, and Technical Leadership, including executive engagement, agile delivery, and end-to-end solution ownership across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Technology Delivery, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and solution documentation.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar product delivery frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and technology delivery processes.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing business needs and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both executive and technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmaps, and partnerships with executives, stakeholders, and operations.
• Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Own SDLC deliveries from discovery to post-production support and testing.
• Develop requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlogs, balance initiatives, debt, and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure feasible, scalable solutions.
