Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of mortgage operations, operational leadership and process oversight.
• 4+ years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead mortgage processing and underwriting operations to ensure accurate, efficient reviews per credit and documentation requirements.
• Guide teams in resolving complex loan applications and operational issues while maintaining customer experience.
• Review and approve complex loan scenarios within delegated authority and escalate high-risk requests as needed.
• Ensure consistent interpretation of investor, agency, regulatory, and internal lending guidelines.
• Oversee data integrity, documentation quality, and operational processes to maintain compliance and effectiveness.
• Manage workflow distribution and pipeline performance to meet service levels.
• Analyze metrics and trends to identify risks and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with loan production, closing, secondary marketing, quality control and stakeholders to resolve loan challenges.
