Job summary

Newbury Building Society is seeking an Intermediary Sales Adviser to join their broker helpdesk in Thatcham. You will support mortgage intermediaries with inbound enquiries, AIPs and Agreements in Principle, delivering a great broker experience while helping the team hit targets.

You will be a key contact for the broker network, handling inquiries via calls, email and live chat, and collaborating with underwriting on complex cases to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting mortgage intermediaries and delivering high-quality service.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for intermediaries via calls, email and live chat.
• Help brokers move enquiries and AIPs forward with confidence.
• Build broker relationships and spot new opportunities.
• Share market insight and help hit team targets.
