Job summary

AWD online is seeking a Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager in Exeter. This client-first brokerage offers remote and hybrid working within 60 miles of Exeter, with initial training at the Exeter Office. The role combines administration with proactive case progression across brokers, customers, lenders, solicitors and surveyors.

You will own post-application journeys, maintain CRM records and deliver a consistently professional service to drive timely completions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within the mortgage industry, e.g. broker, case manager or underwriter.
• Ability to take initiative, manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
• Motivation to develop within a professional and growing business.
• Passion for delivering an excellent client experience.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mortgage application processing: input applications into lender systems and upload documents.
• Pipeline management: see applications through to completion.
• Client communication: keep customers updated in writing and by phone.
• Third-party liaison: work with mortgage companies, solicitors and surveyors to progress cases.
• CRM record keeping: accurate interactions in the CRM system.
• Broker support: assist 6 brokers with case progression and administration.
