Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support brokers with residential, buy-to-let, bridging and commercial finance applications.
• Communicate with clients, solicitors, lenders and surveyors.
• Request and check documentation; package applications for submission.
• Monitor cases from enquiry through to completion; update CRM and lender systems.
• Chase outstanding information to keep cases progressing; provide updates to clients and introducers.
