A well-established and growing property and financial services business with a strong presence across the South East is expanding its mortgage advisory team. The business has built a reputation for putting customers first, supporting its people and investing in long-term career development.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Remote Mortgage Advisor to join a growing team in a predominantly remote role, with occasional travel to the office in Rochester, Kent to attend team meetings and training days.

As a Remote Mortgage Advisor, you will act as a trusted guide for customers, building strong relationships, providing expert advice, and helping people make one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

The Role

• You will provide customers with expert mortgage advice and recommend tailored solutions based on their individual circumstances and requirements.
• You will promote appropriate insurance products, including those provided through Legal & General, adding value to the customer's overall financial journey.
• You will work towards and exceed performance targets, converting opportunities into successful business and contributing to continued growth.
• You will develop strong working relationships with estate agents and other professional contacts to maximise new business opportunities and referrals.
• You will proactively contact prospective customers and develop new business opportunities.

The Package

• Salary of £29,000 plus a guaranteed payment for a fixed period.
• Realistic earnings of £55,000 including commission, with uncapped earning potential.
• A full driving licence and access to a car are essential.
• The role is five days a week with flexibility around working patterns, but you must be able to travel to the Rochester, Kent office at least once a month.
