AWD online in Exeter is seeking a Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager to own mortgage applications from submission to completion and to coordinate with brokers, customers, lenders, solicitors and surveyors ensuring timely progression.

The role emphasizes accurate CRM records, proactive case progression, and delivering a consistently professional client experience. Remote/hybrid options are available within 60 miles of Exeter.

Responsibilities

• Mortgage Application Processing: Input applications and upload documents.
• Pipeline Management: Move applications through to completion.
• Client Communication: Update customers in writing and by phone.
• Third-Party Liaison: Work with lenders, solicitors and surveyors.
• Client Journey Oversight: Ensure a smooth, professional service.
• CRM Record Keeping: Log interactions accurately.
• Broker Support: Assist 6 brokers with progression and administration.
