About the Self Employed Mortgage Broker Role

You’ll be joining as a Self Employed Mortgage Broker, working remotely while covering the Kent patch. The leads? Already coming in thick and fast. The introducers? Established and waiting to hear from you. You’ll focus on managing these relationships, converting high-quality leads, and providing expert advice across residential and buy-to-let mortgages.

Self Employed Mortgage Broker Key Responsibilities

• Managing and converting a steady stream of qualified leads
• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with a strong network of introducers
• Advising clients on mortgage options across residential, buy-to-let, and potentially specialist lending products
• Submitting and processing applications efficiently with full back-office support
• Staying up to date with lender criteria and industry changes

Self Employed Mortgage Broker Skills & Experience Required

• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed targets
• Based in or able to cover Kent (remote working supported)
