Base pay range

Experienced Commercial Mortgage Broker - Hammersmith, London / Office-based

Salary: £40-£50k basic / OTE up to £120k (For employed roles) OR uncapped earning potential for self-employed advisers (with top performers earning £500k+ per annum)

This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with over 5 years of experience in commercial finance to advise high-net-worth clients and accelerate their career with the UK's premier brokerage firm.

What you will be doing

• Provide expert advice on a variety of commercial finance products, including:
• Commercial Mortgages, Bridging Finance, Development Finance, Invoice Finance, Asset Finance and Second Charge Loans.
• Guide clients through every step of the process, from initial enquiry to completion.
• Handle complex case referrals from Residential Advisers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise business opportunities.
• Leverage Capricorn's extensive client network and introducer contacts to identify and convert high-value opportunities.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products to enhance client satisfaction and maximise earnings.
