Job summary

NRG invites an experienced Mortgage or Bridging Broker to join a rapidly growing specialist brokerage with access to a broad lender panel and uncapped earning potential. Take on complex cases, build your own client network, and drive revenue in a supportive, autonomous environment.

You will advise on residential mortgages, commercial finance, and bridging, packaging intricate deals and maintaining exceptional service while meeting FCA compliance and business targets.

Qualifications

• Essential CeMAP Level 3 or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Mortgage/Bridging Broker or similar.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial finance.
• Track record of generating business and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across residential mortgages, commercial finance and bridging.
• Structure and package complex lending cases from enquiry to completion.
• Source solutions from a whole-of-market lender panel.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, lenders and introducers.

NRG is partnering with a rapidly growing specialist brokerage that operates across residential, commercial and bridging finance.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Mortgage or Bridging Broker to take on more complex cases, access a broad whole-of-market lender panel and build a strong personal pipeline, with uncapped earning potential.

The business provides the platform, lender access and support to help you structure and complete larger, more complex deals, while giving you the autonomy to develop your own client and introducer relationships.

The Role

• Advise clients across residential mortgages, commercial finance and bridging
• Structure and package complex lending cases from initial enquiry through to completion
• Source appropriate solutions from a whole-of-market lender panel
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, lenders and introducers
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and partnerships
• Build and grow your own client and introducer pipeline
• Manage cases effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service
• Work towards and exceed agreed revenue and business development targets
• Ensure all activity is carried out in line with FCA requirements and compliance standards

About You

This role would suit an experienced broker who is commercially driven and wants the opportunity to work on larger and more complex transactions, while increasing their earning potential.

You'll ideally have:

• CeMAP Level 3 or equivalent – essential
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker, Bridging Broker, Specialist Finance Broker or Finance BDM
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial finance
• Experience dealing with complex or specialist lending cases
• A proven track record of generating business and revenue
• The confidence to build relationships with clients, lenders and introducers
• A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to developing your own pipeline
• Ambition to progress within a growing specialist finance business
• An established network of introducers or professional contacts
• Experience within specialist finance, bridging or property finance
• Existing relationships with lenders or introducers
• Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth brokerage
