Job summary

NRG Resourcing Limited is helping a well-established UK brokerage recruit a Bridging Advisor in Watford. No self-generation is required; every lead is fed to you while you advise, structure and place bridging cases with an extensive lender panel.

You will handle both regulated and unregulated bridging cases, benefit from a high-billing division and commission on all billing, with CeMAP ideally preferred for a quick start in this specialist market.

Qualifications

• Experience in bridging finance broking (essential).
• CeMAP or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Understanding of regulated and unregulated bridging processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle fed bridging enquiries, assess requirements and recommend lenders/products.
• Advise introducers, brokers and clients on bridging solutions.
• Structure and place cases with the lender panel.
• Manage cases from enquiry to completion, liaising with lenders, valuers, solicitors and clients.
• Convert leads into completed business and bill accordingly.
• Share best practice and support colleagues on complex cases.
• Build and maintain relationships with introducers, brokers and lenders.
• Maintain accurate, compliant case records.

About the Company

Our client is an established specialist finance brokerage with a strong reputation across the UK market and over 20 years of experience. They give clients and intermediaries fast, flexible access to the specialist finance market through an extensive lender panel spanning high street banks, challenger banks, specialist lenders and private banks, and are now looking to add a Bridging Advisor to the team.

About the Role

This role is for an experienced bridging broker who wants every lead fed to them, with no self-generation required, so your time goes on advising and converting rather than prospecting. You will handle bridging enquiries across both regulated and unregulated cases, supported by an extensive lender panel and an experienced team, within a division with a strong billing track record.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle fed bridging enquiries, assessing requirements and recommending suitable lenders and products
• Advise introducers, brokers and clients on regulated and unregulated bridging solutions
• Structure and place cases with the lender panel
• Manage cases from enquiry through to completion, liaising with lenders, valuers, solicitors and clients
• Convert leads into completed business and bill consistently
• Share best practice and support colleagues on complex cases
• Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers, brokers and lenders
• Maintain accurate, compliant case records
