They partner with well-established, market-leading estate agency brands across South East England and are now seeking a Mortgage Area Manager to lead a team of brokers across multiple branches and promote growth in Hampshire & Surrey.

• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategies for success

Skills and Experience

• Management experience in the mortgage industry is highly desirable; experienced brokers with leadership skills will also be considered
• Full mortgage qualifications (CeMAP or equivalent) required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of mortgage products and services
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Full UK driving license required
