In this role, you'll use your expertise to recommend the right mortgage products based on each client's unique situation, make outbound calls to convert leads, and sell additional financial products like insurance. • Outbound Calling: Conduct daily outbound calls to connect with potential clients, assess their needs, and qualify them as strong leads.
• Lead Conversion: Convert leads into successful clients by recommending the most suitable mortgage products tailored to their financial circumstances.
• Client Advising: Provide expert advice and guidance, explaining complex mortgage products and ensuring clients understand their options fully.
• Follow-Up Process: Maintain regular communication with leads and clients to answer questions, provide updates, and ensure a smooth process from initial inquiry to mortgage completion.
• Cross-Selling: Sell additional products such as life and home insurance to provide clients with comprehensive financial solutions.

• Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies while maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
• Self-Management: Work independently in a remote environment.
