Job Profile: Mortgage Advisor - Home Working 100%

PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking experienced CAS Mortgage Advisors to join an ELITE PRIMIS Mortgage Network partner firm operating a nationwide Mortgage Advisory service. The firm services a high volume of quality introductions and is one of the largest Mortgage and Protection businesses within the PRIMIS Mortgage Network. They pride themselves on low staff turnover and have secured a long-term, high-profile introducer agreement with Police Federations across the UK.

The roles are self-employed with high-quality leads, averaging 30-40 monthly. The realistic and achievable OTE is between £75,000 - £100,000+, with potential for higher earnings through overachievement. Average loan sizes are around £200k. The deal structure is 70/30 on self-generated leads, with approximately 45% on provided leads. Only top advisors are recruited for remote positions.

The successful candidates will have achieved Competent Advisor Status and be high-performing, experienced brokers.

PRIMIS Mortgage Network, a subsidiary of LSL Property Services plc, is the largest dedicated Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK, with around 3,000 advisers across 950 firms. The network offers services through various channels including specialist mortgage advisory businesses, accountancy practices, estate agencies, online brokers, and developers.
