Bridgfords Estate Agency is seeking a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Sale. The role offers an OTE of £65-85K.

We are looking for an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:

1. Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
2. Attracting new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a result-oriented environment
3. Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, providing advice on various products and services to meet their needs
4. Participating in branch meetings to share best practices and foster relationships

Skills and experience required:

1. Full CeMAP or equivalent industry qualification
2. Ability to generate new business in a target-driven setting
3. Exceptional customer care and service skills
4. Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
6. IT proficiency (MS Office, internet, email)
7. Valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle
