PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking experienced CAS Mortgage Advisors to join a top-tier partner firm operating nationwide, servicing high-quality leads and offering flexible, remote work.

The firm is a leading Mortgage and Protection business within the PRIMIS Mortgage Network, known for low staff turnover and strong partnerships, including recent agreements with Police Federations across the UK.

Role Details:

1. Self-employed position with 30-40 leads per month.
2. Potential OTE between £75,000 - £100,000+, with higher earnings possible through overachievement.
3. Average loan size of £200k.
4. Commission split of 70/30 on self-generated deals, with approximately 45% on provided leads.
5. Only top-performing, experienced brokers with CASS status are considered.
6. Underwriting and pipeline discussions are available.
