PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from CeMAP qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join their established AR partner firm. The role offers full remote working, mentorship, and the potential to generate your own business with 70% procuration fee on self generated business.

You must supply a business plan and commit at least 60% of your time to mortgage advisory work; all training is provided remotely and there is no leads provision.

Trainee Mortgage Advisor - Remote Working PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from fully qualified (CeMAP 123) Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a very well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The PRIMIS partner AR firm are a 100 + advisor business where many experienced advisors started their mortgage careers.

The role benefits from complete flexibility and obviously the enhanced earnings that come with Self Employment within Mortgage Advisory.

We are happy to consider Financial Services / Property experienced, CeMAP 123 qualified individuals who are confident with Social media and Networking. You'll need your Social Media skills to self generate your own business (no leads are provided in this role).

Some advisors come on board part time whilst working other jobs until they transition to Mortgage Advisory full time although we insist on a minimum of 60% of time to be committed to the Mortgage role.

• 70% of the GROSS procuration fee (no network retention taken) in your favour on self generated business (60% whilst non CAS)

• The role benefits from regular teams / zoom training from lenders and providers
• Whatsapp groups with other Trainee and experienced Advisors within the business- sharing knowledge
• THERE ARE NO LEADS PROVIDED WITH THIS ROLE
• you must become CAS within a 6 month period (6 Mortgages and 6 Protection)
• £125 monthly fee

The role is self employed - currently there is no employed alternative and there is no financial pipeline building support available.

You will need to supply a business plan to show us how you are going to self generate your own business.

You must be fully CeMAP qualified to be considered.
