PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Brokers to join their long-established advisory operation on a self-employed basis. The role offers remote working with high-quality leads and attractive commission splits within a trusted UK network.

This intake includes initial support, competitive splits, and a path to growth within the PRIMIS/Mortgage Club structure. Flexible, well-supported environment with real earnings potential and brand recognition.

Qualifications

• CeMAP 123 or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience as Mortgage & Protection Broker in the UK.
• Self-employed/advisory experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients using supplied warm leads.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with lender panel and technology tools to complete cases.

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from fully qualified (CeMAP 123) Mortgage & Protection Brokers to join a long established (50+ years), linked to PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation.

The linked partner firm are a 150 + advisor business based in the South and operate as a DA business.

The role benefits from complete flexibility and obviously the enhanced earnings that come with Self Employment within Mortgage Advisory.

The main draw for advisors within this firm are the brand, the reliable lead source, and the incredible comms splits.

This is a grown up very well-run business with no false promises and the all-important lead source is one to trust.

• £60K-£90K realistic year one OTE
• High-quality, warm leads (10 - 15 leads per month)
• 250k average loan sizes
• Competitive commission splits - Leads provided we pay 50% of 97% of the GROSS
• Initial support package of £2,000 per month for your first 4 months
• Commission paid on Offer for your first 6 months
• Non loaded Protection panel
• Full lender panel through a Mortgage Club
• No Network fees, FCA, PI, or core software costs
• Admin support - free for 6 months and then is optional
