Job summary

Connells Group in Poole/Bournemouth is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team. You will build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues, generate new business, and provide tailored mortgage and protection advice while guiding customers through the process from application to completion.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with £75k OTE, uncapped commission, quality leads, and industry-leading training.

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
