Mortgage Advisor - Home Working 100%

PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking experienced CAS Mortgage Advisors to join an ELITE PRIMIS Mortgage Network partner firm. This firm operates a nationwide Mortgage Advisory service, servicing high-quality leads and maintaining a successful operation.

The firm is one of the largest within the PRIMIS Mortgage Network and boasts low staff turnover. Recently, they secured a long-term, high-profile introducer agreement with Police Federations across the UK.

The roles are self-employed, with high-quality lead generation, averaging 30-40 leads monthly.

The realistic and achievable OTE for this role ranges between £75,000 and £100,000+, with potential for higher earnings through overachievement.

Average loan sizes are around £200k.

The deal structure is 70/30 on self-generated deals, with approximately 45% on leads provided.

This business recruits only the best advisors; remote advisors are preferred to ensure quality.

Underwriting discussions and pipeline building can be tailored to successful candidates.

The ideal candidates will have achieved Competent Advisor Status and be high-performing, experienced brokers.
