Mortgage Advisor – Home Working 100% (UK only)

PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking experienced CAS Mortgage Advisors to join an ELITE PRIMIS Mortgage Network partner firm that operates a nationwide Mortgage Advisory service, servicing numerous high-quality leads for this successful partner.

The firm is one of the largest Mortgage and Protection companies within the PRIMIS Mortgage Network, known for low staff turnover, indicating a strong, stable environment.

Recently, they secured a long-term, high-profile introducer agreement with Police Federations across the UK.

The roles are self-employed, with conservatively 30-40 high-quality leads per month.

The realistic and achievable OTE for this role is between £75,000 and £100,000+, with potential for higher earnings through overachievement.

Average loan sizes are around £200,000.

The deal structure is 70/30 on self-generated business, with approximately 45% on leads provided.

This business recruits only the best advisors—remote recruitment allows the business to select top-quality candidates.

Underwriting discussions and pipeline building can be arranged.

The successful candidates will have achieved Competent Advisor Status and be experienced, high-performing brokers.

PRIMIS Mortgage Network, a subsidiary of LSL Property Services plc, is the largest dedicated Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK, with around 3,000 advisers across 950 firms.
