Mortgage Advisor & Business Partner - Loughborough

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a growing estate agency group as a key business partner. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients referred by the agency's three busy offices
• Responsible for the day-to-day running of the business
• Grow the business alongside the owners to expand to multiple advisors and lead providers
• Build strong relationships with estate agency staff and clients to maximise lead conversion
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance
• Work closely with the business owners to contribute to the growth and strategy of the company

• Fully qualified Mortgage Advisor (CeMAP or equivalent)
