Job summary

Connells Group in North Norfolk is seeking a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Abbotts offices in Fakenham and Cromer. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with OTE £50k, uncapped commission and industry-leading training to support your progression and success.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
