Connells Banbury branch is seeking a pro-active Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our team. You’ll build relationships with clients, delivering expert mortgage and protection guidance and guiding them through the home-buying journey to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll benefit from warm leads, a steady pipeline, and comprehensive training with clear career progression within a trusted national brand.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification required or equivalent.
• Experience as Mortgage Advisor or CeMAP-qualified professional.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide expert mortgage & protection advice.
• Guide clients through the home-buying journey and secure suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with Estate Agency team to develop a high-potential client portfolio.
